Rayne seems uninterested, leaving Mouse to wonder if she's too boring or a poor lover. However, a steamy shower scene reveals Rayne's been waiting for her new roommate to make a move. Their intense connection reignites, but Rayne dubs the narrator "Mouse" for not initiating sooner. Mouse resolves to be more confident, starting with meeting Rayne's friends for a game night.
