Airtight

“I’m not sure if I’m up for this,” I muttered as we approached the posh house set back in the hillside.

“Oh, really?” She responded, taking my arm, “I think you’ve been aching for this your whole life!”

“No, really,” I said with more intent. “Fantasies and role play and all that is one thing. I’m not sure I ever thought it would come to this.”

I held her gaze, somewhat for reassurance and somewhat out of encroaching terror. Lisa pulled me off the path to a shrub area, then took my hands in hers.

“Honey, no one is going to pressure you into anything you’re uncomfortable with. I know it’s taken you a long time to get to tonight, where you’re no longer afraid of your feelings and desires. I want this as much as you, and our play partners have come together to help us live out this fantasy.”

She closed the gap between us. “We’re not doing anything new, nor with people that we haven’t been with before. But the thought of doing it all at once is friggin’ mind blowing, don’t you think?”

I did think. I thought about the preparations we’d made to be our best selves. Eating right, cleaning right, and drinking plenty of fluids, as we would for any other play party. I thought about our amazing sexual journey and the varied experiences we had. And maybe most importantly, the close friendships we made as we explored mind and body boundaries and possibilities....
