Laney raised her top half out of the tub. The hot water was a bit too hot, and she needed a few moments to cool down. She smiled deeply as John appeared with a glass of white wine. “For you, my love,” he said with a pleasant expression, looking distinguished and sexy, with a bit more gray above his right ear.

Laney noted he was already aroused. She intentionally stared and asked, “Do I get what’s in there before Anderson arrives? Or do I have to wait?”

He smirked and caressed her cheek. “You will have to wait, my love.”

She pouted. “But you love me satiated, and I’m horny.”

“Yes, true.” He sat on the edge of the tub, his fresh, sea-breezy cologne wafting off his body. “But I also love you edged.” His smile was knowing and full of secrets.

“When do I get to know … anything … about tonight?” She knew her tone was coming out impatient and bratty, but that was sort of the point. She wanted to twist him to her will, as she so often did.

“All in good time, baby. First things first. I want you freshly bathed and relaxed. Don’t worry about a thing. You’ve got dinner prepped and now you’re getting ready for Anderson to come make love to you.
